Interesting points.. On one hand i totally agree management have loss credibility by the constant delays on the DFS (looks very likely they weren't going to hit the Q1 deadline). But maybe they are slow walking the release as they know they won't be rewarded by the market in this environment?
My concern now is if they decide to go ahead with the refinery down the track they will most likely need to update that section of the DFS before they hit FID..
