    Do the work on Tsingshan.

They started trial mining at Weda Bay June of last year with minority partners Eramet and Antam. They had plans to build a smelter to produce matte as an intermediate product for battery grade nickel. Those plans were scrapped in October (five months ago) when they withdrew a proposal for deep-sea tailings storage.

Just a few weeks later, news emerged that Antam, a 10% minority partner, was seeking funding to buy most, if not all, of Tsingshan's stake in Weda Bay.

Put it together... this 1 year deal that TsingSHAM announced in an informal WeChat post (unconfirmed by both Huayou and CNGR) is complete BULLSH*T!

Just 5 months ago they had no tailings solution for their smelter... then promptly tried to sell their stake in the project... and here we're supposed to believe they've found a miracle solution for battery grade nickel bottleneck??

How dumb is everyone to eat this up?!
