IF (and its a big IF) Tsingshan can do what they say no non-Chinese owned HPAL project will ever get off the ground. Most sulphides won't either. CTM with their grades and OP mining will be one of the cheapest sulphide projects. It WILL (IMO) get off the ground which means it will be heavily in demand as a clean ore source.
