I'm a huge fan of Rick Rule and he seems to be extremely bullish CTM (incl. post SS). Almost smugly confident, like he's in possession of some secret knowledge.
Anyone know if this is because he's sure of future drilling success. Or is he mostly just ultra confident in the nickel story? (obviously a bit of both, but I assume something in particularly is driving his interest, as he's usually more measured and circumspect in his analysis of individual stocks).
