We're almost there folks...3 documents in the last few days, and one overnight last night.
It seems like this is the penultimate step in securing the LI from ANM. My reading of these documents is saying that the ANM will issue a LI provided CTM procures an Environmental Licence within 60 days.
IMO it is saying to the Enviro Department to cough up the Enviro License. It'd be tragic if it fell over now. Can't see it happening, but you never know!
If anyone can translate the PDF from Portuguese easily then let us know. But I think the main item is the letter from ANM.
Similarly if I have interpreted this entirely incorrectly then let me know and I'll delete.
