I think there is probably a good reminder in this to have a close look at the escrow provisions next time. I think you'd find those that were happy to fall over themselves to exit below the issue price would have been in from lower levels.

When I looked at the prospectus I quite liked the company and its growth prospects, however, I just couldn't get past what I thought was a leaky capital structure for day 1 listing. There was a high amount of unescrowed stock, and although the volume has been less than I expected, was still a pretty notable drawback I felt.
