Still suffer from lapses in discipline but overall the model works well. Sometimes I just have to pull myself back into line.
Those reults are July 1 to date. One of the most important measurements I use which wasn't in the slides is my margin as a % of turnover. I aim for an average of 10% on total turnover. 2010/2011 is running at 12.5% so I am very happy with that.
