    That is because yesterday was the last day.

    If you have rights left I'd strongly suggest you exercise them even if that means borrowing on the credit card or dear I say from a loan shark (on confirmation from your financial advisor of course).

    I managed to steal a few rights yesterday at 19.5 in order to round my position up. Now have a very nice position in a still well beaten up company. Sent the cheques away last night.
