Listing Rule 3.1 "Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information." [None of exceptions apply here]

NCM announced this news to the ASX at 9:08am.

In the circumstances, the news is far more price sensitive to SGH than NCM - in my view. It's a complete mystery why SGH did not announce it. They're just not allowed to save up any good (or bad) news like this for a later day.
