What's the diffference whether the company has 3.8bill shares at 1c or 38mill at $1? Why does this change a company's fundamental potential? Fact is it doesn't.
Good luck to those in LUM. I'm not a diamond explorer fan personally, been burnt by them one too many times, however, if they do find the holy grail daimond source you're well on your way to a very profitable investment.
