I'm not an expert, however from what i've been able to ascertain, Sumitomo have been dealing with the govt, but the govt doesn't have any rights to the land - the traditional land owners do.... so from what I understand now, is that if somitomo want to progress any further, they would have to deal with Axiom KB limited, (of which AVQ owns 80% and has 3/5 seats on the board) as Axiom KB limited has the 50 year lease over the land.
Market clearly isn't seeing the potential here... or not believing that this is actually happening?
