Seek financial advice buddy. Don't want to flog your portfolio because of a negative emotional reaction to an immediate unrealised loss only to regret it in a years time.
Unfortunately you have roll with the punches in this sort of market.
Ultimately the board gambled on energy prices recovering and they got caught out now all holders will pay the price. Major holders would be furious. Spill incoming.
