I'm geussing that the Board couldnt nut out the long term financing with the banks and they are placing the business in a trading halt until they can resolve the situation.

I cannot believe that the banks will not support AEJ longer term when they have demonstrated that they have gotten over the hardest part.

I suspect this is all a negotiating tactic as the banks hold out for a more favourable deal.
