    cap raising carried out only 4 months ago, company seriously needs to hire an auditor to find out were the money has gone, although judging by salaries paid here, shareholders probably have a pretty good idea.

    will be a complete lack of uptake from existing holders due to managements "snouts in the trough" philosophy!
