    The wording of this announcement doesn't seem to allude to a new bank coming on board by any means.

    If it is indeed another capital raising to pay for managements hefty salaries, it is nothing short of a farce.

    The pay scales of management for what they are delivering is disgusting. Get Keysbrook online first and then reap the rewards. Don't sit there and promise the world, not deliver, and demand $300-500k/y.

    This could be the last straw for me.
