The recent placement was closed fully subscribed on the 14/05 so there is no possibility of a share issue. Warner has recently resigned to properly back in Lenartowicz's company Isabella Mines.
"Isabella Minerals has been established to pursue mining
opportunities, initially in New South Wales."
It is either an acquisition or uranium IMO or it maybe further information on the ground that encompasses the Isabella copper gold prospect and the historical Porters Retreat copper/gold mine, south of Bathurst. Maybe historical data or prev samples/drilling.
Lenartowicz is no slouch. He was previously Managing Director of View Resources.
