    I don't think a split will come. It will be more of a merger I hope. Pnina and Sholom have to much of their own money invested to let MCL go. They have always stated they will make decisions in the best interests for the shareholders.

    I have my fingers crossed for the acquisition of BHC, merge with MCL and rename the company.
