I think your post makes alot of sense to me.

The only benefit of a change of name for QBL would be making us more identifiable on the asx to mum & dad investors who may not be following the QBL/MCL story as closely as some of us.

MCL is getting the Lion share of media exposure at the moment, people watching 4 corners & listening to radio interviews with Andrew are going to be familiar with MCL & it may be beneficial for QBL to rename to attract that extra investment with an asx name & code more identifiable with MCL for this reason.

This been said if a bauxite deal is secured making us a bonafide mining company then we would seriously have to way up how we market ourselves at the top of the tree.

I'm personally against MCL floating unless convinced otherwise.
