    Bent, "cost recovery" is a PSA term which means the the JV can recover all past expnditures from oil/gas produced before the share out of "profit Oil" with the state government. It has nothing to do with a carried interest for Oilex.

    "100% cost recovery" to Oilex having having a carried interest is quite a leap of faith, I guess you must be a "glass half full" kinda guy.
