has anyone read the article?
that rumour has been around for ages.
I'd say with interest rates up around 8%, it might have been cheaper to have raised equity in the first place.
However there is the issue of short term debt of course.
Hope WES can get the money from banks?
They have been trying to raise money selling bonds in the US lately.
Hope we are not looking at another CNP?
