To be quite honest Its hard to see these farms going back to ARM/Anglo as the authorities had already made the decision that these companies were unlikely to develop these farms until Anglo had mined to the farm boundary and they would continue to mine down dip.Cant say that Anglo/ARM would have been able to give any certainty that this would have been otherwise and they certainly wouldnt have been able to give the asurance that they would have sunk whole new shafts to access this part of the Merensky and UG2 reefs.
Imo this still all rests with Genorah making good with the locals and hence with the DRM.
Just how OPEN these farms are now to a legal challenge only the courts and DRM would be able to say.
Just all MY OPINION and until theres further legal clarification the idea of an elongated suspension on top of the halt must be uppermost in NKP's minds.
