On the 7 August Assirt produced an updated report on ASC speaking to the company with no changes to Financials being made.The sell down started at the end of June.So if the sell down is connected to a downgrade then ASC would have known before speaking to Assirt.The sell down was also in full swing even before the Fourth Quarter report.
So how could insiders know about this way back in June.
The report mentioned a possible JV and that was the first time I remember reading about a JV.
Anyhow the market has not priced in any upside with the new projections.
