Could've guessed though- the investor presentation released on 27th April wasn't just for fun! It would've been made to potential investors and provided the raising is below a certain percentage of the existing capital, there is no need for shareholder approval. Maybe existing shareholders won't get a bite at all.
This should be good for the share price going forward bringing on new investors and with the options money and $2.8m in the bank already ARD will truly be cashed up. Will be interesting to see at what price the shares will be issued, as the share price noted in the presentation was quite low at 19c.
