I believe the volume of subscription can play a better for indicating where the SP will be after capital raising. If its oversubscribed at 20 cents or more, we can see 30 cents once it open...If not oversubscribed at 20 cents, then we should oscillate around these 24-27 area for awhile. Just my 2 cents.
