Darn! When is ASX and ASIC going to catch these 'insiders'?? Surely it cannot be that hard! Yesterday's transaction history will show who the sellers are. Just match it back to who the subscribers for the CR is and VIOLA, we have the culprits!
Agree that the CR is likely to be sub-22c. Unfortunately once it is confirmed, the SP will be further sold down to factor in the dilution by the new issues.
Boards of listed companies are so 'helpless' to the squeeze by those capital raising brokers. If their companies are so prospective, why can the Boards hold firm on the price offered to protect existing holders??
