My "Guess" is that BCI has or will increase their current holding in this Co. The reason I think this is because as you will recall in past announcements CDG and BCI were doing D/Dil on 2 possible Iron Ore projects. By now I would expect that they have done their Due Diligence and chosen the one project they want to develop together. CDG doesn't have the funds currently to progress that side of things so I would think that BCI & CDG have come to some financial arrangement to continue on with progressing the new IO project.
