Good article, but this was a classic pump and dump to get the moving average price up. Still a lot of funding to lock in with rates set to rise in the US. Expect the price to settle in the twenties until the picture becomes a bit clearer regarding funding. By the way Mr Sugar had enough money to buy LNG outright, small change for him, he doesn't because he sees further dilution and financing risk down the track.
