Commsec have a new policy where individual investors are no longer guaranteed the best market price or 'fair' priority for their buy and sell orders. They seem to have forgotten how they have built their business in the first place but they couldn't care less!
Here is that little 'faint' disclaimer they place at the bottom of your commsec screen. It basically means in plain English that 'we' (commsec that is) have the right to shake you down (so you pay the highest price when you buy, and get the smallest price when you sell)every time you place an order with us, in favour of the larger traders and institutional players.
