It is no doubt that the share placement at 20c had a drastic drag on the share price of LNG. Given the some of the options to be decided at Annual Meeting, related to issuing more shares at unreasonable low price, it is possible the lack of confidence in LNG is partially the management fault.
Issuing more shares at market price would already lower LNG price, and how about at 20 to 40% discount=> possibly setting off another riot of selling. just some thoughts, when the capital expenditure required before the financial close is multiples of the cash reserve.
