Bit of a surprise. Would not think they need capital for cash flow purposes not at this moment anyway.
The announcement of an early JORC would indicate that PEN are arriving as a serious player and hence I tend to also think there is a cornerstone investor coming on board and lets hope they are also highly involved in the nuclear energy market, they are American and if they are American that share consolidation as mentioned by others may also be a another surprise.
