I have big expectations of the announcement about this capital raising. As others have said there does not seem to be a desperate need to raise cash immediately so my guess is that a unique opportunity has presented itself, which will provide capital at more attractive terms than CY Capital and which at the same time will tighten the register. Yes, I hope some entity has finally recognised PEN's potential and has a serious proposal on the table which will be a win-win for all
I hope a run of the mill raising like the last one is not what's coming as that will force the SP down and provide more ammunition for day-traders.
