Not so fast - July 6+7 2009, low price of 2.6c. Capital raising was 2.8c.
As I said about that time last year, CR's almost always go below the issue price.
The very day PEN reopened after the CR announcement last year the price ended about 10% lower, dropping as much as 30% and then headed lower.
Let's pray its not going to fall on us share holders again...
Or they pull out some uber ann's at the same time.
