3c is an example (eg.) but the lower they set it the lower it will probably go. So hopefully it will be fairly high, because they've secured someone big who's willing to pay...
and no, it wasn't the positive catalyst - it was the catalyst that made the share price fall up to 30%!
I know why you don't care, you're a longer termer which is fine.
What proved to be positive moves was business development, Director's buying shares and uptake of short fall by Hartleys Limited. That's what made it actually recover and rise.
CR's are just the bitter pills we have to swallow, but those in the know can exploit them and rebuy shares waay lower (a penny saved is penny earned, that sorta thing)
