It can be positive when they announce the raising is to a cornerstone investor at a premium to the last traded price.
Come on guys, Gus and team have NOT put one foot wrong thus far.
Why do you think this corporate action will be any different?
It will NOT simply be to raise more cash, as GUS knows he could have waited until JORC and issued at a higher price.
Give him a little bit more credit.
