the words substantial mean to me we are going to be going for a big lump of cash probably from instos though there may very well be a rights issue or general issue to current holders. Ideally it would be good to see it at the higher end of the 2c range but might not be suprised if it is in the 2-2.5c range unfortunately. However this isnt an unexpected raising and is maybe good to get some cash raised now while the iron is hot so to speak with the increasing exposure of SBL to the market. Do hope to see a re-rating very shortly
