Could also be a takeover of UML, or buying their nearby Henty mine. There was a rumour a couple of months ago that there might be some sort of deal between BSM and UML.
Disappointed to see a CR at under 40 cents, though. Many holders would probably have been happy to take up more shares in a SPP at around last sale price.
