Well, there we have it. La Jolla is out.
This is a big raising for such a small company - nearly doubling the number of shares on issue.
Also a fairly hefty discount - 33% ouch !! Why so large for such a good story...?
One can only hope they can get good bang for their buck with the increased marketing spend because if they do it will pay off in spades.
Time will tell, but in the meantime we'll all take a big hit on the SP. Still, at least existing holders also get a chance to participate, if they choose to.
