1/ Unresolved issues - SS&T reckon they still own the 20% holding that Timeone transfer to another one of MS Wangs companies..

2/ PLV didnt say what pre condition or conditions were br eached by WEG - Maybe WEG have challenged ?

3/ Maybe its good news and PLV hold 50% to someone else ?
