He is usually good both ways IMO (discussed the 11th hour bail and the PFS debacle)
But goes very quiet when things turn legal, remember after the pullout right before the meeting, went real quiet until all had been sorted. Then came on to discuss the BS that went on.
If PLV can see the back of WEG and their big shareholding it would be a step forward IMO. (see BC Iron Hong Kong shareholder dump) Having them hanging around is only another negative. (although the benefication question raised the other day is a good one) Remember Wang was all good, on the board, all cosy, gave cash etc, then wham, they are out of Cockatoo...
Hard to get confidence while all this side stuff is going on. Then throw in the negative TA etc
