There is no doubts in my mind that any announcements made in relation to a TH should have some better explanations of what we could expect.

After all, it is not that anyone could trade with any advantage over any others, as we are all in a trading halt and no one can buy or sell stock, as the stock is already frozen as a result.

Instead, we are left wondering and guessing of what could be the end result.

As to why this is so, and it is not just with PLV, that is really beyond me.
