Seems like the long way around to me. How are PLV coming off squeeky clean by the selected course of action?
They say vote yes but know behind the scenes that once the vote is through that WEG will fail to meet a condition and then they do what they did.
Result - it looks like they have shafted WEG and now our selected partner would be hating on us? Also creates the general perception of instability behind the scenes. Also potential of some legal recourse by WEG.
Alternative vote no PLV get 100% and its done and dusted. With the same result above minus the potential for legal recourse.
