Thanks for your kind words. I am one of those that value integrity and I operate that way in a business environment. This is why I am a bit shaken.

I have just gotten off the phone to Ken for some post-mortem well analysis. He is devestated. He has also authorised me to post the exact details of the post-mortem analysis once I send it too him, and he can get internal approval. He said it shouldnt be a problem. If it does not pass internal review he is planning on doing a BRR next week anyway to try and get the message out (how it failed, and the difficulties going forward).
