With all of the bad press recently about the Pentagon's budget, downsizing of orders for the JSF, the endless delays blablablah....is there any chance this 'major contract' news is bad? Everyone posting today seems to assume it is good. Is it because of the recent little run up in the sp that people think the news is good? Just curious. Been following this one for a couple of years.
