The company says it's going to provide details of a MAJOR contract - how can that be bad?
We have been waiting for this contract to be signed for a couple of months since QHL met the criteria to supply the US Defence Department.
It's easier to get to the moon than meet that requirement, so I think it's good news. I think it's the signing of the $700 million JSF contract.
