I see the point Texasbbq but I think it is good for two reasons, first is Major Contract and second is that there is always a little leakage and in this case the movement was up before the TH. If the movement was down and then the TH I would agree that it could be bad news about a Major Contract.
Also Stateone are sayin 90 to 95 cent SP range, so I'm sure they know it is good news.
Anyhow QHL in my opinion will be flying very high in the future so I'm a long term holder.
