I agree, around 90c will be tested and is in line with Stateone Brokers Report (May 2011) which is based on the signing of the contract. The fundamentals have not changed in this time and hence the report is still current.
The price will run on re-open but more importantly the contract will initiate cash flow for QHL. This milestone is a company maker and many other pending contracts will flow on from this.
This will transform the company and in my view we will get a SP re-rating this week.
