Agree, good for both, and price probably about right. A real case of 1 plus 1 equalling a lot more than 2.

Hopefully WSA can do significantly more exploration at depth that was just not worth KZL doing.

Whether the asset is material enough to WSA to influence decisions into buying WSA is however doubtful IMHO.

As well as appearing to add a little value to WSA it does make evaluation of the return from the mine significantly easier to estimate.
