You're right, I don't know where the ann is at.
What I do know, and to the point of this thread, is that we should not even be here. If management are across the numbers then there shouldn't have been too much that would have raised an eyebrow. Delays are caused by unknowns, which for the audited EOY report to have is very concerning.
Per my comments - management should be across the numbers. If they had planned the release of this, and are competent, they would not have timed a delay during the release of a major stimulus focussed federal budget.
