Bolat. The question is not about Phil Garratt and the price he paid for his hundreds of millions of EGO's shares but whether he can/will withstand and weather a drop in SP post a consolidation.
If a consolidation occurs and the SP drops I would venture to say the only thing many of us will have left are the buttons belonging to the shirt ripped off our backs.
I think EGO's board will have to think long and hard about this as they have promised to increase shareholder value.
