Day traders cant run this baby up thats why. There is a reason for everything :) The day traders love FDL due to the amount of shares on issue. Im 80% sure it will be a capital raising.
They had 3.5 mil at the end of september and they will be very busy right up untill March 08 when the first resource is released. Cap raising IMO. Atleast they are on a halt and are not getting belted with the market downturn.
